Fancy a new office love? Innovative campaign in Frankfurt promotes the PRISMA

18.06.2025

The property company Sonar Real Estate wants to help promote the identity of properties and is launching a major marketing campaign for the PRISMA in the Lyoner Quartier - a building that claims to be an ‘office home’. Among other things, it offers employees fitness facilities, restaurants, co-working spaces and green areas for relaxation. The property is considered one of the most ambitious revitalisation projects in Germany and an instructive model for the future approach to existing buildings, urban districts and the office of the future.

The way to a man’s heart is through his taste buds

Sonar Real Estate is launching the campaign on June 23rd to further increase awareness of the PRISMA. Its tastiest element is a guerrilla campaign that runs until June 26th. Coffee ‘to go’ will be served at various locations in the city - including Neue Mainzer Straße, Alte Oper, EZB-Park und Eschenheimer Tor. The hot drink is served in sustainable cups, each labeled with a QR code. When scanned by coffee connoisseurs, the code takes them to a website that introduces the PRISMA and its offerings.

Office love reloaded

Sonar Real Estate is also advertising the PRISMA at 90 different locations in Frankfurt - including 60 digital screens - from June 23rd to July 5th. With two different motives, each with its own claim, the campaign conveys the image of a sustainably revitalised existing office building with ideal conditions for new office workplaces in the Niederrad district. In addition to the claim ‘Fancy a new office love?’, Sonar Real Estate also uses the slogan ‘Office love reloaded’.

Each motive shows  a visualisation of the 45-metre-high, 3,000-square-metre atrium in the PRISMA. It is covered in greenery and will in future include public areas for catering, fitness, events and conferences. In addition to the green areas, the central stage and a floating installation in the airspace are also depicted.

Blueprint for sustainability

‘With this campaign, we want to draw the attention of people who work in Frankfurt every day to a building that is considered a blueprint for sustainability,’ says Holger Hosang, Managing Partner at Sonar Real Estate. ‘The PRISMA stands for a responsible, contemporary approach to existing architecture - with a high quality of stay, a strong connection to the neighbourhood and offerings that go far beyond the classic office.’
