At this year's Immo2Zero summer meeting on 3 July, around 60 ESG and sustainability managers from the Immo2Zero network of the German Energy Efficiency Initiative (DENEFF) took the opportunity to get a first-hand look at the PRISMA.
Paul Mossler and Holger Hosang from Sonar Real Estate, as well as Helmut Stritzel (GETEC Group) and Roman Schulz (CAALA), presented the PRISMA and explained how the former single-tenant building has been transformed into an open, future-oriented multi-tenant building. Visitors were particularly impressed by the PRISMA's user-centred climate concept.
