The COMPASS GROUP, a leading provider of communal catering services and part of the world's largest food services group Compass Group PLC, is taking over catering services at the PRISMA office building in Frankfurt. The corresponding lease agreement between COMPASS and Sonar Real Estate (Sonar), the asset manager of PRISMA, was signed on 3 September. From March 2026, the COMPASS GROUP will provide catering services for the building's employees and guests on an area of 1,345 square metres.
Sustainable catering concept
As the restaurant tenant, COMPASS will focus on a sustainable catering concept, thereby supporting PRISMA's efforts to achieve the ‘DGNB Platinum’ and ‘BREEAM Excellent’ sustainability certificates. To this end, the company will focus on the use of regional and seasonal products, sustainable packaging and the clean recycling and disposal of food waste and fats. COMPASS is working with various service providers to achieve this. The basis for this is the ‘360° Für Morgen’ sustainability certification, which COMPASS uses to ensure holistically sustainable corporate catering.
